The Center is an organization like no other… 

·   Boasts one of the oldest batterer’s intervention programs in the country. 

·   Is one of only eight batterer’s programs in Indiana certified under rigorous standards set by the Indiana

    Coalition against Domestic Violence and the only certified program in Northeast Indiana.

·   Has one of the only programs in the country for women who have been arrested for violence.

·   Offers a program for mothers whose children have been removed or are at risk for removal because

    of violence in the home that mixes nonviolence parenting education with teaching women to act in their own

    best interest.

·   Has a youth program consisting of education groups for young people between the ages of 7 and 18

    focusing on Violence Intervention (Anger Management), Thinking Errors Program, and Individual sessions.

·   Is nationally recognized and provides training nationally for other DV professionals.

·   Offers all programs in Spanish and English
